Planning your next event? Reserve Our Facility

The Zeta House is owned and operated by the Zetas of Charlotte Benevolent Foundation. The facility has a seating capacity of forty-five and is available for closed meetings and events.

Rental of the facility includes the meeting room, kitchen, hospitality room, bathroom and the parking area. One or two Zetas of Charlotte members or their designee shall be present during the entire event.

Prior to an event, the organization or individual renting the facility must submit an application and pay a deposit of fifty dollars ($50). The application and deposit must be submitted one (1) month prior to the event.

Rental Rates:

The deposit is not part of the Rental Fee. It shall be held as a security deposit and will be refunded within fourteen (14) days after the use of the facility.

The rental rate is $50 per hour. This includes set-up and clean-up
